 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had Aire One come out to fix my furnace on 23 Dec. Mike came out and was able to get it running quickly for me. I also asked for a quote to have my furnace and a/c replaced as they were older. They gave me a very reasonable quote that was less than reliance by almost $2,000. The install crew was on time and absolutely amazing. They were very professional and answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process, and made sure I understood everything. Henry came out to finalize the quote and set up the install, and he was awesome.

I would highly recommend Aire One Simcoe. From they lovely lady at the call centre to the install crew I say enough about how happy I am with everything.

During the same visit, we had the annual maintenance completed on our furnace and Michael noticed it was only working on stage 1. He's very thorough and does an excellent job. They have been always ,professional ,on time, and fair .
Henry ,the owner, is  such an understanding ,thoughtful person and when ,you have an issue which needs an immediate care, he always tries the best he can.
Michael is a knowledgeable technician..he can find the exact issue and main problem quickly and therefore you won’t be charged unreasonably .

Good Day to Aire One Simcoe, Henry and Michael, you gentlemen were a life saver to our family; on Christmas eve our furnace motor broken down and you were able to find a used motor and install it and then come back weeks latter to install a new one. Before calling Aire One, we had many large companies tell us that they could not come out for at least 2 - 3 days and this was their emergency response time. We had one company who tried to tell us to replace the whole furnace. We truly appreciated what you did and you can be assured that you will be on our speed dial for any future issues. You have to love it when a company is responsive, on time, does quality work, follows through on the next steps and is professional.  We had our fireplace serviced, and our furnace, as well as adding a remote control to our fireplace.  Micheal the service tech was great, friendly and he clearly knows his stuff. Will be having them back in the spring to clean our ducts.
